Matches the ad
The headline repeats what the ad promised, so the visitor knows they're in the right place.
If you're paying for clicks and sending them to your home page, you're paying for people to get lost. A home page has to talk to everyone. A landing page talks to the person who just clicked one ad, about one offer. That's the job of landing page design in Dubai as we do it. Match the ad, answer the obvious questions, and make the WhatsApp tap the easy next step.

Built for paid traffic from Google and Meta ads.
The headline repeats what the ad promised, so the visitor knows they're in the right place.
WhatsApp, call or a short form. Not six links pulling in different directions.
Most ad clicks come from phones, so the page is built light.
WhatsApp and call taps recorded as events in Google Analytics 4.
Photos, reviews or licence details where a doubtful visitor looks first.
A second version for a new offer or audience can be made quickly.
Someone searches "emergency AC repair Dubai Marina", sees your ad and taps. If they land on a page about AC repair in the Marina, with a number and a WhatsApp button, they'll often get in touch. If they land on a home page listing nine services, a lot of them hit back and try the next ad.
Every click costs money whether they stay or not. A focused page doesn't change the price of a click. It changes how many of those clicks become conversations.
A headline that matches the ad. A short line on what you do and where. Proof, such as photos of real jobs, reviews or your licence details. The price or a starting price if you can share it. And the action, repeated so it's always within reach.
What comes off is just as important. Main menus, links to the blog, footers full of links. Anything that lets a paid visitor wander off.
Many UAE businesses advertise in bursts. Ramadan offers, Eid menus, back-to-school deals in late August, Q4 promotions through White Friday and the Dubai Shopping Festival. Each campaign does better with its own page, built in time for the ads to start.
Give us at least a week before the campaign goes live, more if the offer is still being decided. Pages built in a rush the night before launch usually go out with the wrong phone number on them.
Ad platforms count clicks. You care about enquiries. Each WhatsApp tap, call tap and form send is recorded as its own Google Analytics 4 event. Compare those by campaign and the ads that bring real conversations stand out.
Once that's in place, you can stop guessing which ad works. If one sends lots of visitors and no taps, the problem is the audience or the offer, and the data shows it.
It won't rescue a weak offer or bad targeting. If the ad reaches the wrong people, or the price is well above competitors, a better page only helps a little. We'll point out what we see, but the campaign settings sit with whoever runs your ads.
Read our guide to landing pages for Google Ads for the checks we run before a campaign starts.
On mobile, WhatsApp usually wins. It's quicker for the customer and you can reply in seconds. We set the button to open with a pre-typed message that names the offer, so you know which campaign brought the chat in.
Forms still make sense for some businesses. If you need the job size, the location and a budget before you can quote, a short form saves a long back and forth. Keep it to the fields you'd ask on the phone anyway.
Sending an Arabic ad to an English page wastes the click. If you run ads in both languages, each one needs its own page, with the Arabic laid out right to left and written by a fluent writer.
That doubles the content work for the campaign, so plan the budget for it before the ads are built.
Once a page is getting steady traffic, try a second version with one change. A different headline, or a price shown up top. Change one thing at a time, otherwise you won't know what made the difference.
Small campaigns may not get enough clicks for a clear answer. In that case, fix the obvious problems first and test later.
Someone arriving from an ad doesn't know you yet. They're deciding in seconds if you're real. Pictures from actual jobs, a named review, your trade licence number and an office address do more than any slogan.
Put that proof near the top, close to the button. People shouldn't have to scroll to find reasons to trust you.
If you're a newer business without many reviews yet, show the work instead. Before and after photos, a short video of the team on a job, or the brands you supply. Real beats polished every time on a page like this.
Landing page design in Dubai is priced on whether it's a standalone page or part of a wider site. We'll quote it at the free consultation, and it can be added to any of our packages.
Send the ad or the offer you're planning on WhatsApp to +971 52 292 3875, and we'll suggest a page structure.
A website covers your whole business for every visitor. A landing page covers one offer for people who clicked one ad, with one action to take.
We build the page and the tracking. Talk to us about the campaign itself at the consultation, and we'll tell you what we can help with.
Usually within a few working days once the offer, text and photos are agreed. Seasonal campaigns need a little more notice.
Not for each ad, but for each offer or audience. Ads selling the same thing to the same people can share one page.
Yes. We track WhatsApp taps, call taps and form sends in Google Analytics 4, which can be linked to your ad accounts.
