These terms cover your use of dubaiwebsitedesigners.com and any website, design or related work you buy from us.

"We" and "us" mean Global Web Marketing LLC. "You" means the person or business using the site or buying from us.
Using this website
You can browse the site, use the price tool and run the free website checker without signing up. Please don't send spam or junk through our forms, try to break or overload the site, or copy our text and designs for your own use.
The information on the site is general. We keep it up to date where we can, but it isn't advice for your particular business, and it can change without notice.
Quotes and prices
Prices on the site are in UAE dirhams (AED).
Each package includes what's described on the site at the time you order. Prices and package contents can change, but a change won't affect work you've already agreed with us.
The figure from our instant price tool is an estimate. Your final price and scope are the ones we agree with you in writing, by email or WhatsApp, before work starts. Anything outside that agreed scope is quoted separately.
Payments and deposits
Hosting renewals and monthly add-ons such as Care & support are billed in advance for the period they cover.
What we need from you
You're responsible for the content you give us. That includes text, photos, logos, prices and business details. Please check it's accurate and that you have the right to use it.
If you send us photos, logos or other material made by someone else, you must hold a licence or permission to use it on your website. Stock photos supplied as part of a package or the photo pack are licensed for use on your site.

Turnaround
Standard websites are usually ready within 48 to 72 hours once we have all your content. Larger sites, online stores and apps take longer, and we agree the timeline with you during the consultation.
The clock starts when your content arrives, not when you pay. If content comes in late or in pieces, the delivery date moves with it.
Revisions
A round is one set of changes sent together.
Changes beyond that, or changes after the site is live, can be quoted separately or covered by our Care & support add-on (AED 399 a month), where we make text, photo and price changes for you.
Hosting, domains and renewals
The Special Web Offer includes a free domain for one year and one month of hosting. The Premium and Business packages include domain and hosting for one year. Other packages include what's listed for them on the site.
After the included period, hosting renewal costs AED 599 a year and covers hosting, SSL, domain renewal and business email.
If a renewal isn't paid, the site and email can go offline and the domain can expire. An expired domain may be registered by someone else, and we can't always get it back.
Ownership of your website and domain
Some parts of a site belong to other people and are licensed, not owned. That includes stock photos, fonts and any third-party software or plugins. You can use them on your site under their licences, but you don't own them.
Money-back guarantee
Our money-back guarantee is subject to these terms.
Renewals, domain registration fees and third-party costs already paid out on your behalf may not be refundable.
Third-party services
Your site may rely on services run by other companies, such as payment gateways, hosting, Google services, Cloudflare and WhatsApp. Their own terms apply to them.
We aren't responsible for their outages, fees or policy changes. If a change on their side means your site needs updating, we'll tell you and quote for the work if it's outside your Care & support plan.
Limits on our liability
We build every site with care, but we can't guarantee that it will be free of faults or available all the time. Nobody can guarantee search rankings, enquiry numbers or sales either, and we don't promise them.
We're not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, lost business or lost data.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under UAE law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Any dispute will go to the courts of Abu Dhabi.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version. Work already agreed stays under the terms that applied when you agreed it.
