Why these questions matter
None of this is complicated, and most of it is invisible to the business owner because you already know where everything is. Your customers don't. These are the checks we run first whenever someone sends us their site.
Does it look right and work properly on a phone?
If customers have to pinch and zoom, many will leave before they read anything.
Does it open in about three seconds on mobile data?
Slow pages lose people before the first screen even appears. Test it on your phone with Wi-Fi turned off.
Can a customer call or WhatsApp you in one tap?
Most UAE enquiries come through WhatsApp. If the number is buried in the footer, people won't hunt for it.
Does the address bar show a padlock (https)?
Browsers mark sites without https as "Not secure", which puts people off filling in your form.
Can a stranger tell what you do within five seconds?
Ask someone who doesn't know your business to look at the top of your homepage, then tell you what you sell.
Does it show prices, or at least "from" prices?
People compare quickly. A rough price often gets you the enquiry instead of a competitor.

Is this an official website audit?
No. It's a quick self-check based on the things that most often stop small business websites getting enquiries. For a proper look, send us your web address and we'll review it before your free consultation.
Do you store my answers?
No. The checker runs in your browser and nothing is sent anywhere unless you choose to message us your score.
My score is low. Do I need a new website?
Not always. Some fixes, like adding a WhatsApp button or an SSL certificate, are quick. If several of the basics are missing, a redesign is usually better value than patching the old site.
