Booking systems
Customers pick a slot, pay a deposit if you want one, and you get a confirmation.
Somewhere in your business there's a spreadsheet three people edit, a WhatsApp group where quotes get lost, or a form that someone retypes into another system every morning. That's usually where web development in Dubai pays for itself. We build the small custom tools that remove those steps, from booking systems to quote calculators and client portals.

Each one scoped in writing before we quote.
Customers pick a slot, pay a deposit if you want one, and you get a confirmation.
Prices worked out on the page from the customer's choices, then sent to you.
A login where clients see their documents, orders or project status.
Website enquiries sent straight into your CRM, with no copying.
One screen showing today's orders, bookings or leads.
New leads and bookings pinged to your team as they come in.
Not a giant platform. Most requests we get are focused tools with a clear job. A transport company wants a quote form that works out the price by vehicle and distance. A clinic wants appointment requests that don't clash. A contractor wants clients to see project photos without emailing zip files.
These sit inside or alongside your website. Customers use them on their phones, your team uses them at a desk, and the data ends up in one place instead of five.
The live price studio on our own homepage is one. You pick pages and extras, and the price updates as you go. The same idea works for car rental, cleaning, signage, catering or anything with options that change the price.
Quote and booking forms that feed a CRM are another. We've built forms that send each lead into a CRM with the customer's choices attached, so sales staff stop rebuilding the request from a WhatsApp thread.
Portals and dashboards are the third common one. A login for clients, a screen for your team, or both.
Most businesses don't need another system. They need the ones they have to talk to each other. Website forms into a CRM. Bookings into a calendar. Payments matched to orders.
WhatsApp is the usual one here. Sending automated messages through WhatsApp Business needs the official API and an approved Meta business account, so allow time for that approval. Email alerts work from day one while it comes through.
If the tool creates invoices for a VAT-registered business, it needs to show your TRN and the VAT properly. We'll match the format your accountant already uses.
Here's the caveat. Custom builds grow. Every meeting adds a feature, and the launch date drifts. The projects that go well start with the smallest version that removes the biggest headache, then add to it once people are using it.
So we write the scope down before quoting. What it does, who uses it, what's left for later. You sign off on that, and anything new becomes a separate, priced change.
Custom tools often hold customer data, which brings the UAE's federal data protection law into it. We keep access limited to people who need it, use secure connections, and take regular backups.
Tools also need looking after. Browsers change, connected services update their systems, and small fixes come up. Our care and support plan covers that at AED 399 a month, or we can quote ongoing work separately for bigger systems.
Scope first, in writing. Then a clickable mock-up of the main screens, so you can tap through it before a line of code is written. Changes are cheap at this stage and expensive later.
Then we build in stages and test with the people who'll use it daily. Your receptionist or sales team will find problems a manager never would. After launch, we show your team how it works and stay on hand for the first few weeks of questions.
Small things break custom tools. Phone fields that reject +971 numbers, or accept a local number without the country code and break every WhatsApp link built from it. Address forms that demand a postcode. Dropdowns missing an emirate.
We build forms around how people in the UAE actually write their details, with the emirate, area and building as separate fields where it helps.
Agree it in writing before the build starts. Hosting accounts, domains and any third-party services the tool depends on should be in your company's name, so you're never stuck if you change suppliers later.
Sometimes a ready-made tool does the job. If a booking app already handles your clinic's appointments well, paying for custom web development in Dubai makes little sense. We'll say that.
Custom work earns its cost when your process doesn't fit the boxes a standard product gives you, or when you're paying monthly for several tools that each do a fraction of what you need.
Describe the job the tool should do, and roughly how many people would use it. Screenshots of the spreadsheet or form you're replacing help a lot.
Send them on WhatsApp to +971 52 292 3875 or book a free consultation, and we'll come back with a written scope.
It depends on the scope. A quote calculator is a much smaller build than a client portal with logins and payments. We write the scope first, then quote against it.
Usually, yes, if the CRM accepts data from outside systems. Tell us which one you use and we'll check before quoting.
Yes, through the official WhatsApp Business API. It needs an approved Meta business account, which can take some time, so we plan around it.
Not always. Many tools can be added to an existing site. If the current site is very old, we may suggest updating it at the same time.
Bugs found soon after launch are fixed as part of the build. For ongoing changes and updates, there's our care and support plan or a separate quote for larger systems.
Free consultation. We reply the same working day.
