Insurance accepted page
Patients check coverage before anything else, and a plain-text list can be found by search.
The first thing many patients want to know is whether you take their insurance. After that, which doctor they'd see and when.
The features we plan into every clinic site, before we talk about design.
Patients check coverage before anything else, and a plain-text list can be found by search.
People choose a doctor by specialty, language and availability, not by the clinic name alone.
A short form that asks for the insurer saves reception a call on every booking.
Clear, careful wording keeps you away from claims that could cause compliance problems.
Many patients message first, especially for quick questions about timings or coverage.
Parking, what to bring and opening hours answer the calls your front desk gets every day.
When clinics in Dubai ask us about website design, the conversation usually begins with colours and logos. Patients start somewhere else. Before they look at photos of your reception, they want to know if their insurance card is accepted, because that decides whether the visit costs a co-pay or the full fee.
So insurance gets its own page, with every network and plan you accept written out in plain text, not as a grid of tiny logos nobody can read on a phone. People search for things like a dermatologist that takes my insurance in Al Barsha, and a page that names the insurer in words can actually be found.
The list will change. Networks get dropped and new ones get added. Send us updates when it happens, because a patient who turns up and hears 'we don't take that anymore' won't come back.
Patients choose a person, not a building. Each doctor gets a profile with a photo, specialty, the languages they speak, the days they're in clinic and a booking button.
Specialties get their own pages too. Paediatrics on one, dental hygiene on another, physiotherapy on a third. Each explains what's offered, who it's for and how to book. No miracle wording.
Health advertising in the UAE is regulated, and the rules can apply to what you publish on your own website. We don't claim to know your clinic's obligations, and you shouldn't take a web designer's word on them.
What we do is keep the copy factual. What the treatment is, roughly what happens, how long it takes. No guaranteed results, no before-and-after claims we can't support, and no patient testimonials you haven't got written permission to use.
Before launch, have whoever handles compliance at your clinic read every treatment page. If any content needs approval, the clinic arranges that, and it's far better done before the site goes live than after a complaint.
Some clinics already run an online booking system. If yours does, we link to it from every doctor and specialty page. Most smaller practices don't, and they don't need one. A short appointment request form plus a WhatsApp button covers it, and reception calls back to confirm.
Ask for the insurance provider on that form. It saves your receptionist a call.
Keep the rest short, though. A basic website form shouldn't ask for medical history or an Emirates ID number. That information doesn't need to be there, and you don't want it sitting in a shared inbox.
Reception teams answer the same questions all day. Is there parking? Which floor? Do I need a referral? Are you open on Friday afternoon? Put the answers on a patient information page and link to it from every booking confirmation.
Clinics inside malls or medical towers should describe the route from the car park, rather than just the building name. 'Level 2, take the lifts by the pharmacy' sounds small. For a parent carrying a sick child, it isn't.
Hours need the same care. Many clinics run different timings in Ramadan or on public holidays, and Google tends to keep showing whatever was there last. Update the site and your Google Business Profile on the same day.
A single-specialty clinic usually needs something like this.
That fits Premium at AED 1,999 for a small practice with a couple of specialties. Polyclinics and medical centres with ten or more treatment pages usually need Business at AED 2,999, which allows up to 15 pages and 12 email accounts. Groups with several branches, or clinics that want online payment for health packages, are an Enterprise job at AED 4,999. A patient app is quoted separately through mobile app development.
Every tier is on the packages section. If your current site is slow or outdated, run it through the free website checker first. Then message us on WhatsApp at +971 52 292 3875 with your list of doctors and accepted insurers, and we'll come back with a page plan.
Yes. We either link to your existing booking system or add an appointment request form and WhatsApp button, and your reception confirms the slot.
On a page of its own, listing each insurer and network in plain text. Logos alone are hard to read on phones and can't be searched.
Our copywriting add-on is AED 399. We write from information your doctors provide, and your clinic should review and approve every page before it goes live.
No. If your content needs approval, the clinic arranges it, and we make whatever changes the reviewer asks for.
Every site runs on HTTPS with an SSL certificate. We still advise keeping forms to basic contact details and handling medical information through your clinic's own systems.
Free consultation. We reply the same working day.
