Enquiry tied to listing
Each lead arrives with the property reference, so agents reply about the right unit straight away.
A buyer who sends a WhatsApp about a two-bed in JVC wants an answer about that unit, not a general hello. The site should hand your agent the property reference before they've even opened the chat.
The features we plan into every real estate site, before we talk about design.
Each lead arrives with the property reference, so agents reply about the right unit straight away.
Most UAE buyers and tenants message before they call, and a pre-filled chat removes the guesswork.
Buyers want to see who they're dealing with before they share documents or pay a deposit.
Pages about the areas you sell give buyers answers early and give search engines something specific to rank.
A short form for owners brings in new instructions without cold calling.
A clear place for your registration details lets cautious buyers check you're legitimate.
Most property enquiries are about one specific unit. Someone saw it on a portal or on Instagram, searched your agency name, and landed on your site to check you're real. That's where any real estate website design in Dubai should start. If your contact form only asks for name, email and message, you get 'Is this still available?' with no clue which 'this' they mean.
So on the listing pages we build, the enquiry form and the WhatsApp button carry the property reference with them. The message arrives as 'Enquiry about REF 2041, 2-bed, Dubai Marina, rent'. Your agent replies in minutes instead of asking follow-up questions first.
Everything else on the site supports that one thing.
Before we plan anything, we ask how many active listings you carry and how often they change.
An agency with 10 to 30 off-plan projects or featured units can give each one its own page, written properly, with photos, floor plans, location notes and a WhatsApp button. Those pages can be found in search on their own, and they look far better than a portal listing.
An agency with 400 rentals turning over weekly is a different case, and here's the part a salesperson might skip. Copying that stock onto a website by hand means it's out of date within days, and nothing puts a buyer off faster than enquiring about a flat that went last month. We'd rather feature a handful of hand-picked properties and link to your full portal profile. If your CRM can export a listings feed, a custom build that pulls from it is possible, but it's quoted separately after we've seen the feed.
People check who they're dealing with before they send a passport copy or a deposit cheque. A team page with a real photo of each agent, the communities they cover, the languages they speak and a direct WhatsApp number does a lot of that work.
Licence and registration details belong on the site too. What you must show, and where, is for your compliance contact to confirm. We don't guess at the rules.
Short area guides help as well. A page on living in Dubai Hills or buying on Al Reem Island, written by someone who sells there, answers early questions and gives a buyer a reason to call you and not the next agency. A fair test for any area page: would someone who's never heard of you learn something useful from it? If not, cut it.
For a small or mid-sized brokerage, the plan usually looks like this.
The landlord page gets overlooked. Landlords are your supply. A short form asking for community, unit type and expected rent brings in instructions you'd otherwise have to chase by phone.
A freelance agent or a two-person brokerage can start on Premium at AED 1,999. That's up to 8 pages, a year of domain and hosting, SSL and 8 email accounts. Enough for a profile, a few featured listings and an area guide.
Most agencies end up on Business at AED 2,999. Up to 15 pages leaves room for project pages and area guides, and the 3 logo concepts are useful if your brand still looks like it was made in a hurry the week the trade licence came through.
Developers launching a project, or agencies that want a page for every unit, usually need Enterprise at AED 4,999 for unlimited pages. See the package details, or put your setup into the instant price tool to get a number.
Be realistic about search. The big portals will keep outranking almost any agency site for broad searches like apartments for rent in Dubai. Your own site earns its place with people who already know your name, and with narrower searches around your communities and projects. That's where our SEO work focuses, with no promises about positions.
Send us your listing count and a link to your portal profile on WhatsApp at +971 52 292 3875, and we'll suggest a plan.
Yes. The form and WhatsApp button on each listing page include that property's reference, so your agent knows which unit the lead is about.
Only if your CRM provides a feed or API, and then it's a custom build quoted after we've looked at it. Otherwise we feature selected listings and link to your portal profiles.
We add whatever licence and registration details you supply, where you want them. Confirm the exact requirements with your compliance adviser, because we don't advise on property regulations.
We can't promise that. Portals are very hard to beat on broad searches, but pages about specific communities and projects have a fairer chance.
Send changes to us by WhatsApp or email and we make them. If you change listings often, Care & support at AED 399 a month covers regular edits.
Free consultation. We reply the same working day.
