Salon website design in Dubai, with prices clients can see

Ask any salon receptionist what clients message about most and it's 'how much is'. A site that answers on the page saves your team hours of WhatsApp every week.

What it needs

What a good salon website includes.

The features we plan into every salon site, before we talk about design.

Treatment menu with prices

Clients want to know the cost before booking, and showing it cuts down price questions on WhatsApp.

Ladies and gents sections

Separate paths make it clear who each service is for, which matters for women-only salons.

Pre-filled WhatsApp booking

The treatment name arrives in the first message, so staff can offer a slot straight away.

Gallery of your own work

Clients pick a stylist by looking at real results, not stock images.

Team and specialities

Regulars follow a particular stylist or therapist and want to know who does what.

Seasonal hours banner

Hours change around Ramadan and Eid, and clients need to see that before they set off.

Put the price list front and centre

Most salon owners in Dubai start the website conversation with mood boards and colour palettes. Clients scrolling at 11pm want something plainer. What does a keratin treatment cost here, and can I get in on Saturday?

Plenty of salons hide prices because they vary by hair length or by stylist. Fair enough. A 'from' price still works. It sets expectations and cuts down the 'price pls' messages your team answers all day.

So the treatment menu is the centre of the site. Grouped properly into hair, nails, lashes and brows, facials, massage and men's grooming, with a price or price range next to each treatment and a short line on how long it takes.

Ladies, gents, or both

A lot of salons in the UAE serve women only, or run separate ladies' and gents' sections, sometimes with separate entrances. The website needs to make that obvious in the first screen. A man booking a haircut shouldn't land on a ladies-only booking form, and a woman looking for a female-only space wants to see it stated before she books.

If you run both, we split the site into a ladies' section and a gents' section, each with its own treatment list, photos and booking button. Same brand, two paths.

Booking without the back-and-forth

If you already use a salon booking app with an online calendar, we put its link on every treatment and on the main menu. Clients pick a slot. Done.

If you take bookings on WhatsApp, we set the button to open a message with the treatment already filled in. 'Hi, I'd like to book a gel manicure' saves a round of messages before you even get to the time. Our page on WhatsApp on your website goes into how that works.

Before Eid, demand jumps and hours shift. Put a seasonal hours banner on the site and update your Google listing the same day, so nobody turns up to a locked door.

Why your gallery can't be stock photos

Salons win or lose clients on photos, and this is where we'll be blunt. The stock photos included in our packages are fine for banners and backgrounds. They're useless in your gallery. A client choosing a colourist wants to see that colourist's work, on real clients, in your chairs.

Start saving before-and-after shots now, with each client's permission, in good daylight. Twenty decent phone photos beat a hundred stock images. If you have very few, launch with a small gallery and grow it, rather than padding it with pictures that obviously aren't yours. Clients notice.

Instagram embeds help, but keep a gallery on the site as well. Our guide on website vs Instagram for UAE businesses explains why relying on Instagram alone is risky.

Bridal packages, offers and finding the door

Bridal packages and memberships are worth a page of their own. Brides plan months ahead and compare several salons, so a bridal page that explains what's included and how the trial session works tends to bring in good enquiries, often with the wedding date already in the message.

Keep offers dated. An Eid offer still showing in March tells clients nobody looks after the site. If you run a new promotion every month, that's where Care & support at AED 399 a month earns its keep, because we swap them in and out for you.

Then make the entrance easy to find. Salons in converted villas in Jumeirah, or on the first floor of a building in Al Nahda, are easy to miss from the street. A photo of the entrance on the contact page saves a lot of 'I'm outside, where are you?' calls.

Pages and the package most salons choose

A typical salon site has these pages.

That fits Premium at AED 1,999 for most single-branch salons, with up to 8 pages, a year of domain and hosting, and 8 email accounts. A spa, or a salon with two or three branches each needing its own map and team, tends to need Business at AED 2,999 for up to 15 pages. Selling hair and skin products online can come later; see e-commerce websites for how that works.

FAQ

Common questions.

Should a salon show prices on its website?

Yes, even if it's a 'from' price. It sets expectations and reduces the number of price questions your team answers on WhatsApp.

Can clients book a specific stylist?

If your booking app lets clients choose a stylist, the site links straight into it. If you book on WhatsApp, we can add the stylist's name to the pre-filled message.

Can you build a ladies-only salon website?

Yes. We state it clearly on the homepage and booking pages, and choose imagery that suits your clientele.

Do the packages include photos of my salon?

Packages include licensed stock photos, not a photo shoot. Your own photos of your work are what fill the gallery.

How quickly can a salon website go live?

Usually 48 to 72 hours after we receive your price list, photos and logo.
